B.- The payment and information of lists before the denominated Public Institution: Costa Rican box of Social Insurance.

C.- Administration of Human Resources that compose or toil in real estate subject of administration.

D.- The payment of the services public who have those real estate; Such as: The payment of telephone services, light and potable water.

E.- The payment and revision of the maintenance of the fleet to vehícular that they have the subject goods of administration.

F.- The payment of the card of circulation (marchamo) of the fleet vehicular.
